HH Prince Naif bin Sultan Al Kabeer
Chairman
Prince Naif is a seasoned businessman. His highness holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration & Marketing from King Saudi University in 1999.
In addition to being the chairman of SIC, he is the chairman for several other reputable companies including Almarai company, Zain KSA, Arabian Shield Insurance, Global Downstream Industries, Global Chemical industries.
He is also a board member of numerous companies such as Yamama Cement, Faraby Al Khaleej Petrochemical, Tejoury Company, The Ideal Factory.
Souha Aldawalibi
Vice Chairman
Mrs. Souha held multiple roles in the financial and banking sector for a number of local and international banks such as Banque Saudi Fransi, Morgan Stanley and American Express. She has graduated from Concordia University in Canada with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Abdulatif Alseif
Co-founder, Managing Director & CEO
Prior to joining Abdulatif was the CEO of Ra’idah Investment Company, the investment arm of the Saudi Public Pension Agency. He has more than 20 years of experience in investments and finance and is a board member for several Saudi companies.
Previously, Abdulatif was deputy CEO and chief investment officer at King Abdullah International Foundation. He has also served as head of portfolio management at MASIC. Abdulatif started his career as an analyst at Saudi Aramco and progressed until he became head of portfolio management, managing sizable portfolios invested across asset classes.
He also worked at the inception of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Endowment and served as a portfolio manager in public markets. Abdulatif is a CFA and CPA. He has an MBA and an MA in economics from Boston University.
Abdulaziz Alseif
Co-founder, Portfolio Manager
Abdulaziz was the chief investment officer at GIB Capital. Having joined as a portfolio manager in 2016 Abdulaziz quickly established and scaled the firms multi asset offering as well as overseeing the equities business.
Prior to joining GIB Abdulaziz was a senior equity analyst at Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia. Abdulaziz started his career with the Saudi British Bank as a money market and investment dealer.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bba in Business Administration and Finance. Abdulaziz is a CFA charter holder.

Faisal Khasawneh
Head of Asset Management
Faisal was a director of financial investments at Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia which he joined from inception in 2014.
Faisal was part of the frontier team investment committee and co-managed the MENA equities product for the group. Prior to Joining Ashmore Faisal was a Portfolio manager with the Olayan group in Saudi Arabia where we covered MENAT equities.
Faisal served on the board of several investment companies in the region. Prior to moving to Saudi Arabia in 2009 Faisal held roles with Barclays Ventures, Bank of New York and Euromoney Institutional Investor. Faisal graduated with an Msc in mathematical trading and finance in 2005 from Cass Business school.
